Sweet treats for charity

We’re partial to some cake here at Harris, so we jumped at the chance to take part in the Macmillan Coffee Morning again this year, and we’re delighted to have raised £90 for Macmillan Cancer Support.

If you follow us on social media, you’ll have seen the great selection of bakes we tested, from vegan sausage rolls to brownies and cookies – all in the name of fundraising!

In true Harris style, we turned our Macmillan Coffee Morning into a three-day bake off with a Star Baker crowned each day, and our head of social media Karla taking the title of overall champion with her delicious Mexican impossible cake.

We’re proud to have raised £90 through raising our sugar levels for such a great cause, and we’re excited to take part in more fundraising events in the coming months.
